WAITING LIST INFORMATION
If the session (= 1st boat) is fully booked, please put yourself on the waiting list for the 2nd boat if possible.
As soon as two or more people are on the waiting list (and that happens quickly), we will give our best to activate the 2nd boat and you will receive your fixed place (confirmation no later than 24 hours before the session via SMS/E-mail and ONLY if you have a fixed seat).
GROUP BOOKINGS ONLY UP TO MAX. 4 PEOPLE
If you are a group of 5 or more people and want to be guaranteed everyone on the same boat, you have to click HERE . Because in the Surf & Chill Sessions, due to various factors (reboat members, surfing level, etc.), we can only guarantee for a group of a maximum of 4 people that everyone is on the same boat.
PAY
The payment for the session is NOT made online when booking, but after the session directly on the boat via Twint or EC-Maestro/credit card (cash and the Postcard are not accepted). The price indicated at the time of booking is just information for you.
CANCELATION
You can cancel your session up to 24 hours before the start directly via link (confirmation via SMS). Less than 24 hours, the full amount will be charged for all registered persons.

WHEN WILL WE BRING THE NEW SESSIONS ON?
We activate the new slots for the following month by the 15th day at the latest. For event bookings that are far in the future, you can contact us at any time via Whatsapp on +41 79 136 91 95 (Clock to open whatsapp) or send us an event request via Mail.

If both boats are in action, the places will be distributed/assigned as follows:
Reboat-Member (unaccompanied)
Reboat-Member (accompanied)
Non-Member
In all three cases after receipt of the registration (starting with the first booking).
